POOL AND FACILITIES:  We regret very much that after check-out it is not possible to use any of the facilities such as the swimming pool or restrooms, for questions of insurance liability. Access to the swimming pool is reserved for Poggo alle Vigne guests only.

BREAKFAST: We remind you that if you wish to book the buffet breakfast (available for a minimum of 8 participants) the reservation must be communicated to the reception by 9:00 am. of the day before your requested reservation.

WASTE DISPOSAL: Please remember before leaving to deposit your waste in the large containers in the parking lot. (Blue=paper; yellow=plastic + metal; black=non-recyclable; brown=organic; glass has a separate container)

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our property. Thank you for your understanding.

Apartments

All the apartments are equipped with: automatic hot water; 220V electrical supply and security breakers; natural gas for cooking and heating that can be opened via a valve located above the kitchen burners; independent heating with a gauge with readings taken by the staff; kitchen and bed linens, changed weekly (Friday), television with remote control and satellite decoder, free WiFi (without password), ceiling fans, AIR CONDITIONING, electric kettle, laundry drying rack, kit for apartment cleaning, outdoor table and chairs. A staff member will accompany you to the apartment and give you instructions for all the equipment.

Nb Wifi connection: we try our best to ensure fast and stable wifi but as we are in a rural location the coverage is not always at the maximum capacity.

Services

Our Agriturismo has laundry facilities in the room located near the pool with a washing machine that can be used from 9am to 1pm and from 4.30 to 6.30 pm (cost 5€ per load including detergent); free outdoor parking, breakfast room next to the terrace (breakfast can be booked by 9am on the morning of the day before, €12 per person; €6 for children between 4 and 12); children’s playground, automatic gate with remote control, 6 bicycles that can be reserved free of charge a day in advance (please contact the reception for any technical problems). A barbecue can be used free of charge following reservation at the reception. Charcoal may be purchased in Torgiano shops: please ask at the reception for information.

Tourist Tax

Torgiano Tourist Tax will be added as follows: €1.50 per day per person (from the age of 12 years) for a maximum of 3 days.

HOW TO SEPARATE WASTE

In the apartments you will find coloured waste bags:

YELLOW: paper and tetrapak

BLUE: plastic and aluminium

BLACK: non-recyclable waste

FOOD/ORGANIC/WET WASTE – USE ONLY BIODEGRADABLE BAGS

You will find the labelled large waste bins in the parking lot.

For glass (without lids/caps) you can drop the waste directly in the container labelled VETRO.

Cancellation policy

In the case of a booking cancelled by guest, we will use the following cancellation policy:
Up to one month before scheduled arrival: 30% of the deposit will not be reimbursed
Less than one month before scheduled arrival: 70% of the deposit will not be reimbursed
No-show: the deposit will not be reimbursed

Check-in and check-out

Upon arrival (after 5:00 pm and until 8:00 pm), we request a security deposit of €200 in cash which will be returned upon departure, less eventual deduction of any amounts for damage to the property.

We kindly ask that you send a message to the following cell phone number or call directly, as soon as you know your approximate arrival time: +39 339 539 5810 (Gabriella), particularly in the case of arrival outside of the above-mentioned time frame.

We kindly ask you to leave the apartment free by 10 a.m. of the departure day. The management is not liable for any third parties (i.e. people who are not guests of Poggio alle Vigne) or for any guest who remains later than the checkout time; in addition, in such cases we cannot guarantee that certain services can be provided (washrooms, use of pool, etc.)

If the checkout time is not respected or guests decide to stay on for the day of checkout there will need to be an additional charge of €80.00. Guests must contact the Reception at least one day in advance in order to determine if the request to stay on after checkout can be accepted.

The reception is open from 8:30 am to noon and from 4 to 7:30 pm. Gabriella can be contacted using the intercom to the left of the reception door or at the phone number that you will find listed there.

Swimming Pool

Poggio alle Vigne pool: size 8,5 x12 meters, depth min. 120 cm, max. 150 cm. – 28 x 40 feet, depth min. 4 feet, max. 5 ft. The pool deck is 180 square meters (1900 sq ft).
The pool has a series of regulations which are posted at the pool entrance. Children must be supervised by an adult and use a safety vest. Inflatable pool toys and other large items cannot be used.

Play area

At our Agriturismo there is a children’s playground; there is also table football available.

Useful to know…

-Animals are not permitted;

-We accept credit cards

-During your stay we recommend locking your doors when not in the apartment and storing valuable items in the safe present in each apartment; the management declines any responsibility for thefts.

If you have any items that are too large for the apartment please contact Gabriella: there is a large safe at the reception.

It is possible to book a guided tour of the Lungarotti winery. For any further information please contact Gabriella at the Reception office.

NOTES: use of microwave oven, automatic drip-coffee maker and high chairs is free of charge; please contact the Reception.

Extra bed for weekly rental

If a requested extra bed is over and above the official number of beds foreseen for the apartment, the cost per week is 39 euros for a child or 50 euros for an adult). Crib: upon request; supplement of €10.00 per day.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS
1 km: Torgiano, a small medieval gem and its famous vineyards and wines, with its renowned Wine Museum (rated by the New York Times as best in Italy) and Olive and Oil Museum. Just outside the town is the Lungarotti Winery.
